Williams Bella brings an impressive professional background:

• Began his career in auditing at Salustro Reydel, now part of KPMG

• Transitioned into infrastructure financing with Société Générale Investment Banking and Belgolaise Africa Merchant Bank

• Developed strong expertise in institutional real estate finance with Eurohypo AG (Commerzbank Group) and KBC Bank

• Served as a real estate consultant in Côte d’Ivoire for the Belgian urban developer Wilhelm and Co

• Certified Real Estate Expert in Côte d’Ivoire

• Co founder of the real estate research institute Immoci Research

• Holds a Master in Corporate Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management

• Holds a Master in Real Estate Management from Université Paris Dauphine PSL

• Currently pursuing a Global Executive MBA at CEIBS
