In one sentence: LFI is the school of the iCapital Ventures ecosystem. It trains you, measures your progress with a score out of 100, and moves you forward level by level.

Picture a 5-level journey, a bit like a video game or a points-based license: the further you progress, the more possibilities you unlock (access to investments, training, and sometimes even income).

Does it cost anything?

No. The entire LFI training program (worth €2,500) is provided free of charge. It is funded by a dedicated ecosystem fund, as part of the support you receive from your Mentor.

Here are the very first steps, in order:

1. An Associate Partner (your first contact) introduces you to the Liorisme Book. This book presents the history and core principles of the ecosystem.
2. You buy it through the iCV Intelligence app. This purchase already refunds you half the price, and earns you a small bonus to kick-start your training.
3. You then receive the physical book. The purchase always happens on the app first; the paper book is handed over afterward.
4. You are introduced to your Mentor. This is the person who will support you for 3 months, free of charge, to help you progress through the levels.
5. You are enrolled on LFI. Your training officially begins.

It is your lifetime membership card. Think of it as a premium loyalty card that also holds your future investments (shares, units, etc.).

Important: without this card, you cannot move to the next level or access investments. It is the mandatory entry ticket, paid once, either in full or in installments.

You progress level by level, a bit like belts. Each level requires a minimum score, earned through your training and consistency.

Do I need to complete the levels in order?

Yes, always in this order: Silver, then Gold, then Diamond, then NED. Each of these 4 levels is validated on LFI with a score of 75/100. Once all 4 are validated, you automatically earn the QISR title.

What if I don't reach the required score?

That's fine. You keep everything you have already earned, and your Mentor keeps helping you progress. There is no strict deadline that would make you lose what you've achieved.

Yes, in the form of LiorS (the internal currency). Here are the main milestones:

A quick note on QISR: earning the QISR title (the 4 levels validated) does not by itself trigger an extra bonus — it is a recognition title (Socially Responsible Qualified Investor). It is the next step, the Full Certification (which adds 3 accreditations: DDFM, QI & WM Mentor, Liorisme Certificate), that triggers the €5,000 bonus and entry into the group's shareholding.

What is this money used for?

It funds your own next steps. It is a system where each step helps pay for the next one, without you needing to put much money out of your own pocket. The €2,500 earned between buying the book and reaching Silver covers most of the funding for your training journey.

Why am I asked to fill in this form?

Once Silver is validated, you are officially a member. This is the right time to state what you want to do next: simply invest? Become a paid actor of the ecosystem yourself (Associate Partner, board director)? Both? This form helps your Mentor tailor their support to your project.

What am I roughly asked in it?

• Your main goal: investing only, or also building an activity/career within the ecosystem.
• Whether you want to create a savings group with your family or close friends (called a "CFP", see below).
• Whether a paid role (board director, mentor for new members) interests you later on.
• Whether the Master's scholarship interests you.
• Your interest in the ecosystem's other tracks: representing a partner association, nominating a public figure for LiorS Ambassador status, or referring people close to you who lack the means to invest to the Beneficiaries program.
• Your timeline: what horizon you are targeting for Gold, Diamond, NED, QISR, or even the Full Certification.
• Your area of expertise, if you have one useful to the ecosystem.

Am I committing myself permanently by filling it in?

No. It is a snapshot of your intentions at a given moment. You can always change your mind and evolve later.

Concretely, what "careers" could open up to me?

In one sentence: it is a small collective savings group you can create, from the Silver level onward, with your family or close friends.

Two possible formats:

• Family version (closed circle): your relatives don't need to have their own card.
• Friends/investors version (more open circle): each participant must have their own card.

You can start with either format, then switch later.

Yes. In addition to the investor track (Silver → Gold → Diamond → NED → QISR), three other tracks exist within the iCapital Ventures / EIC Corporation ecosystem:

The Association track

If you chair or represent an association, it can become an official partner of EIC Corporation. The Chair and their Board jointly acquire a collective LiorCard Titanium, practice Financial Therapy together, and the association can then convert part of its score into group shares (CSR shareholding). An official partnership then allows the association's members to be onboarded as Beneficiaries.

The LiorS Ambassador track

This is an honorary status reserved for recognized public figures (business leaders, senior officials, academics, artists, opinion leaders). You cannot apply yourself: a network member nominates ("co-opts") the individual to the G25 Investors Committee. If the application is approved, the Ambassador receives the Liorisme Book free of charge, an Honorary Member status, a fully waived QI & WM accreditation, and plays an advisory and representation role with their country's G25.

The Beneficiary track

This status applies to members who, once they reach the Silver level, do not (yet) have the means to progress to Gold, Diamond, NED or QISR. Rather than leaving the ecosystem, they are steadily directed toward the Beneficiaries program: they continue practicing collective Financial Therapy as part of the "U Start Program" (quarterly intakes), with no obligation to keep progressing through accreditations. This is not a failure: it is a status in its own right, just as legitimate as investor progression.

Can I switch from one track to another?

Yes. A Beneficiary who regains the means to invest can resume the classic investor progression. A partner association may see several of its members become accredited investors themselves. Nothing is set in stone — your Mentor helps you adapt your path to your current situation.

Who handles my file?

Your Mentor, on a day-to-day basis. For any question they cannot resolve, your country's manager takes over.

How is my journey tracked?

Every week, a quick check-in is done on your progress. This regular follow-up is what feeds your score.

Is my data secure?

Yes. It is protected, and only the people who directly support you (Mentor, your country's managers) have access to it.
