BLACK BELT — Mastering Management, Data and Performance Steering
Participants must have successfully completed the WHITE BELT, YELLOW BELT, and GREEN BELT, or demonstrate an equivalent level of mastery of the ecosystem, its operational pathways, and its financial structuring mechanisms.
Previous experience in management, performance steering, business activity monitoring, or network coordination is an advantage.
The BLACK BELT is the fourth level of the BELT Certification and focuses on management, data analysis, performance monitoring, and decision-making within the ecosystem.
This chapter enables participants to move beyond operational execution and financial structuring toward the effective management and steering of activities, teams, networks, and performance indicators.
Participants learn how to use operational and financial data to monitor performance, identify gaps, establish priorities, coordinate corrective actions, and support management decisions.
Particular emphasis is placed on the use of KPIs, reporting mechanisms, dashboards, performance reviews, activity monitoring, and management routines to ensure that strategic objectives are translated into measurable and controlled results.
The BLACK BELT also develops the participant’s ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, interpret data in a managerial context, identify areas requiring intervention, and organize appropriate follow-up actions.
Upon completion of this chapter, participants should be capable of contributing actively to the management, coordination, monitoring, and continuous improvement of activities within the ecosystem.
